AND during this time I ...

  • Saved myself from a hysterectomy and fibroid surgery suggested during an emergency room visit

  • Reversed a diagnosis of osteopenia (pre-osteoporosis, when your bones get thin and weak)

  • Completely eliminated annoying, frequent hot flashes, to the total amazement of my husband

  • Eliminated painful, weeks-long bleeding fibroids and other menopausal symptoms WITHOUT DRUGS!

  • Eliminated minor knee and back pains

  • Ran my 1st 5K race in 20 years, ran another 10 days later and placed 4th in my age group by gradually working up to 3-4 30 min. runs/week    YOU CAN DO THIS!!  All or part.  Diet and/or exercise.  Hopefully both.  Our idea is just to get you out the door.   If after 3 weeks, you don't feel a whole lot better, you can go back to whatever. Feeling better is what this all about!!

Oh my, where did those quads (thigh muscles) come from?
